1. Operator and contact

“Team Take Down” is the service name used for this application process. Questions about an application may be sent to support@teamtakedown.xyz. If an application is accepted, the separate Sprint Agreement and invoice will identify the contracting operator before any payment is requested.

2. Eligibility

You may apply only if you are at least 18 years old and are the depicted creator/rightsholder or an authorized representative. Do not apply about material that depicts, or may depict, anyone under 18.

3. An application is not acceptance

Submitting the form asks us to review fit. It does not guarantee acceptance, create an attorney-client relationship, authorize a legal filing, start the seven-day sprint, or require payment. We may decline an application for safety, authority, access, capacity, or scope reasons.

4. The Leak Response Sprint

The current offer is $199 one time for one adult creator or authorized rightsholder, up to five exact public URLs, and seven calendar days. If accepted, we may review the supplied public pages, record what is observable, prepare supported removal or delisting requests for your approval, assist with official filing routes, recheck status, and provide a per-URL report.

The seven-day period begins only after payment and a complete, accepted authorization and intake. The separate Sprint Agreement controls any paid work, deliverables, refund terms, electronic signature, liability, governing law, and dispute process.

5. Public-access and no-guarantee boundaries

We do not access private groups, locked accounts, paywalls, encrypted services, or material requiring credentials or circumvention. We do not identify subscribers, promise broad discovery, provide legal representation or legal advice, file without approval, or guarantee platform response, removal, delisting, or timing.

6. Truthful and safe use

You agree to provide accurate information and not request a false report, false sworn statement, access-control bypass, harassment, or action against content you do not have a good-faith basis to report. Work must stop if age, identity, ownership, authorization, consent, licensing, fair use, newsworthiness, parody, litigation, or a counter-notice is materially disputed.

7. Application data

The Privacy Policy explains the limited application data, abuse-control hashes, purposes, retention, processors, and request rights. Do not place leak URLs, files, passwords, identity documents, home addresses, or payment-card details in the public application.

8. Version and changes

The form records the version accepted at submission. We may update these Application Terms prospectively. Material paid-service terms will be presented separately for express acceptance before payment.
